first off, this site has great communication, and the cosplay shipped very quickly. it came with everything that is described in the listing, which includes the jacket, dress, brooch, and a petticoat that has a hoop wire at the bottom. i was very impressed with the jacket. the material is light-weight, but it's very detailed and looks great. it fits really well and holds its shape. the petticoat and the brooch were also very nice. the brooch was heavier and more realistic than i was expecting, which is awesome. the dress, sadly, was a mixed bag, which unfortunately is the biggest part of the costume. the skirt part has good pleating and is made from a nice silky material, but the sequin top is just a wide, floppy piece of fabric that doesn't tailor to the body at all. i ordered an XS, and even shortening the straps as far as they can go, it doesn't even begin to fit, which is weird because the jacket fits great, so it's definitely an inconsistency with the sizing. also, having to shorten the straps that much makes the skirt sit too high above the waist, so it feels like the whole piece was just sewn poorly. the little pieces of fabric that the straps hook into were also sewn way smaller on one side, and shredded immediately when i tried sliding the hooks into them. so yeah, if you don't mind having to modify the top of the dress, the other pieces were really nice, but i would definitely be careful about that part!
